- Accounts Payable: We will enter in bills and set them up for online banking or prepare your checks for signature for you to sign and mail out.
- Accounts Receivable: We will invoice your customers and manage collection as necessary. We will receive your payments and deposit them directly into your bank account.
- Financial Statements: We will provide monthly financial statements for your review as part of our standard bookkeeping package. Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets are provided so you always know where you are financially.
Reconciliation of Bank Statements: Your reconciled bank statements are completed timely and provided to you as part of your monthly service.
Input Transactions: We enter all your transactions into a QuickBooks file on a regular schedule so you are always aware of your financial world.
Year End Reports for Your Accountant: We will provide your accountant with the information they need to quickly and inexpensively prepare your taxes.
- Payroll - Our team works with your existing payroll company or we can do your payroll for you in house and deliver it to your business or make direct deposits for your employees.
- Quarterly Tax Returns: Depending on your payroll needs, we will file periodic tax returns such as 941, 940, RT-6 and other returns as required. And also prepare copies for your accountant for the year end filings reducing costs for you.
